These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by HomeNet Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our services, scheduling a consultation or installation, or using any part of our website or communications, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not engage our services.
1. Services Provided
HomeNet Solutions offers residential networking services, including but not limited to Ethernet cabling (e.g., Cat6/Cat6a), Wi-Fi access point installation, smart home wiring, and patch panel installations. All services are performed based on the agreed scope between the client and the technician, and only on properties legally owned or authorized by the client.
2. Scheduling and Availability
Our services are generally available on weekends by appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, technical constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of any changes.
3. Estimates and Payment
Estimates provided are based on information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes. Final pricing will be confirmed with the client before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle), or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If a client is unsatisfied with the service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund based on the situation.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide clear access to work areas and accurate information about the property. HomeNet Solutions is not liable for delays or damage caused by concealed hazards, unsafe conditions, or misinformation.
6. Liability and Warranty
We perform services using industry best practices and quality materials. We offer a 30-day limited warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, modifications by third parties, or pre-existing issues. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party devices or networks.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, written materials, and website content associated with HomeNet Solutions are the intellectual property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfill services or comply with law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website or made available upon request. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
